1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to enquiries and bookings made with Morocco Tours Guide through moroccotoursguide.com, email, telephone or WhatsApp. Morocco Tours Guide is operated by Jabbour Elhoussaine in Morocco. By confirming a booking, the lead traveller accepts these terms on behalf of all travellers included in the booking.

2. Enquiries and booking confirmation

Sending an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after we provide written confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received. Availability, itinerary, inclusions, price, payment schedule and cancellation conditions will be stated in the written quotation or confirmation. Those specific written booking terms take priority if they differ from general information on this website.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are based on the itinerary, group size, travel dates, accommodation and services agreed in writing. We will explain the currency, payment method, deposit and remaining balance before confirmation. Travellers are responsible for bank, card, currency-conversion or transfer fees unless we agree otherwise in writing. A price may change before confirmation if availability, taxes, supplier charges or the requested itinerary changes.

4. What is included

Only services expressly listed as included in the confirmed itinerary are included in the booking price. Flights, insurance, visas, personal purchases, gratuities, optional activities, meals, entrance fees and other services are excluded unless the confirmation specifically states otherwise.

5. Changes requested by the traveller

Please request changes as early as possible. We will try to accommodate them, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Changes may affect the price and may create supplier amendment or cancellation charges. Any revised arrangements are valid when confirmed in writing.

6. Cancellation by the traveller

A cancellation must be sent in writing by email or WhatsApp. The cancellation date is the date we receive the message. Refunds and cancellation charges depend on the specific booking terms, notice given and non-refundable commitments already made to accommodation, transport or other suppliers. Any applicable schedule will be communicated before booking confirmation.

7. Changes or cancellation by us

Travel in Morocco may be affected by weather, road conditions, safety concerns, public events, supplier availability or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We may make reasonable changes to routes, timing, transport, accommodation or activities when necessary. Where a major booked service becomes unavailable, we will try to offer a suitable alternative or explain the available options.

8. Force majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemic, government action, border restrictions, civil disturbance, strikes, road closures or transport disruption. We will provide reasonable assistance, but additional costs arising from such events may remain the traveller’s responsibility.

9. Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate names, contact details, dates and relevant travel information;
• Holding valid passports, visas, permits and other required documents;
• Following reasonable safety instructions and respecting local laws and customs;
• Informing us before booking about mobility needs, allergies, medical conditions or other requirements that may affect participation;
• Arriving at agreed meeting points on time and caring for personal belongings.

10. Travel insurance and health

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, personal belongings, trip cancellation, interruption, activities and emergency evacuation. Travellers should obtain appropriate medical and travel advice for their circumstances and should not participate in an activity beyond their ability or contrary to medical advice.

11. Third-party services

Accommodation, transport, activities and other parts of a trip may be supplied by independent providers. Their own terms may also apply. We select and coordinate providers with reasonable care, but we are not responsible for an independent provider’s acts or omissions beyond the extent required by applicable law.

12. Conduct and safety

We may refuse or end participation where a traveller’s conduct creates a serious safety risk, breaks the law, damages property or significantly disrupts other people. In such circumstances, additional costs and alternative arrangements are the traveller’s responsibility, subject to applicable law.

13. Complaints

Please report a problem promptly during the trip so that we have a reasonable opportunity to help. If it is not resolved, send details and supporting information to our contact email as soon as reasonably possible after the service.

14. Website content

We aim to keep website descriptions and photographs accurate, but they are provided for general information. Routes, travel times, landscapes, facilities and experiences may vary by season and circumstances. Website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Morocco Tours Guide is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a traveller’s actions, inaccurate information, an independent provider or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Morocco. The parties should first try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a traveller remain unaffected.

18. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The version applying to a confirmed booking is the version provided or available when that booking was confirmed, together with its specific written booking terms.
